The Union's emergency food support initiative is here to provide help to RGU students who are most in need. Emergency food parcels will be available to collect weekly, containing a combination of items that will provide enough for a single person. Due to limited numbers available, food parcels must be booked in advance free of charge.
Please note that all food parcels may contain different items. No items can be exchanged and every week the number of products may vary.
Pre-booked parcels can be collected on Mondays from 1-2pm at RGU:Union Level 3 in the Riverside Building. You will receive a QR code via email when your booking is confirmed, you must show this as well as your student ID when collecting. If you can not collect between 1-2pm your parcel will be available to collect from the Union office at 3-4pm on the same Monday. If you can not make the date or time of collection your food parcel will be allocated to another student.
If you book a food parcel but fail to collect on 3 occasions, your access to the service will be withdrawn.
Please note this scheme is for individuals and only one parcel can be allocated per person per week.
